Thoroughly recommend * * * * * I have been having reflexology sessions for a while as I was getting no relief from Physiotherapy or medication. They have certainly helped me manage my pain and ease things. If I don't go for 3-4 weeks then I know I need to have a session. I am still amazed as to how reflexology helps ease pain and give me more flexibility. I can thoroughly recommend Sally, she is very professional and listens to what your problems may be. The room is beautiful, spotless and warm. I have been 100% happy with Sally & the treatment and would certainly recommend her. Jojo

Reflexology was recommended to me after I unfortunately lost my baby and was struggling with grief and stress. Sally instantly put me at ease at our first appointment and explained the benefits of reflexology. I have always had issues with tension in my shoulders and although not the reason I originally attended, I could not believe the improvement after one session. It is hands down one of the most relaxing things I have ever done, I am a busy working mum and struggle to find "Me time" so this was pure bliss. I had been thinking of trying reflexology for a while as I had heard of it's many health benefits and I am so glad I did it! It is hands down one of the most relaxing things i have ever done! I find it really hard to relax usually but this was an hour of pure bliss!! I always look forwards to my treatments and leave feeling totally relaxed.
